Use your personal reference numbers always when applicable. When you participate seminars elsewhere than Jyväskylä, pay the fees directly to the local association or follow other given payment instructions. For example when training in Helsinki, you can find the payment information here .

If you need to pay something else or if you don't have a reference number, write your own name and description of what you're paying for to the message field. If you're uncertain about your reference numbers, you can check them from the member register (in googlegroup).
Association members have two regular payment demands: the monthly training fee and the annual membership fee. The membership fee is paid once a year and it entitles for association membership for the whole year. The training fee is paid for every month when one's training. Society members can attend free training without charge.

The training fee can also paid in single class. Association members don't have to pay for free training.

All payments are due on the 15th day. Training fees are due on the training month's 15th day, or when paying in three months sets, on the 15th day of the first month. Annual membership fee is due on 15th of January, or on the month when one's joining the association.
Fees must be paid in time, because the money goes to things like rent of the training hall &c.

You can obtain training clothes and other gear through the society. If the society doesn't have what you need, write your name and the stuff that you need to the order list at the salle, and those goods will be brought the next time somebody visits the Helsinki salle. Pay the necessary amount beforehand to society's account using your personal reference number.

Weapons for training can most easily be acquired through the school, more info here. Weapons sold at the Helsinki salle are inspected carefully, so you know that you get a safe and good quality item. Check also the stuff being sold on the forum.

Always consult the branch leader or senior students before buying a sword for training!
JHMS regularly arranges seminars that are open for everybody. Pay the seminar fee beforehand to the society's account using your personal reference number. It you're not a member, pay the seminar to the account and write your name and seminar information to the message box. For example: "John Example, longsword seminar 15.-16.11.2008" It is also possible to pay in cash.

The beginner's course lasts for a month and it costs 30€/35€ - the smaller price is for students and unemployeds. Participants can also attend all basic 1-2 classes and free training. The course fee is paid to the society's account - write your name and "beginner's course" to the message field. First class of the course is always free and without obligations to continue - come and see for yourself!
